Hi, I’m Kayla a Mum, Wife, Daughter, Friend & the founder of Project Me. More than just personal trainer, my passion is to help guide women to a healthier, happier lifestyle, by stripping away the overwhelm. Guiding them on how to nourish their mind, body & soul, through nutrition, mindset & movement.
